Designed for years of recognition, this trophy can be converted into a perpetual award by adding engraved nameplates to any or all sides of the base. Each side can accommodate 2, 4, or 6 perpetual plates.

Engraved perpetual plates: $8.00 each
Blank perpetual plates: $5.00 each
